Nosh Nibble & Cush opened this week and it's probably no surprise that we were behind the name and concept of the restaurant. From what I have heard, the food is fantastic but few people can pronounce the name and some have even said it doesn't sound Swedish (really?). This is perfect, entirely perfect indeed. Naush Nipple & Cash. Behind the project is Richard Bornefors (Torso Twisted) and his wife Hadiza. In the kitchen you'll find Wade, an Aussie who can cook, and who I say is from Melbourne but he swears he is from Sydney. Whatever Wade.
