We've been working on developing our own brand of ice cream and so Ben and Jerry's has always been a source of inspiration. In Scandiland it appears to be growing wildly, with Ben and Jerry fridges popping up in every little corner shop. On a recent trip the States, however I realized the difference in choice. In Sweden there are about 8 flavors. In Oregon there are about 5,000.
